Hi and welcome to my web site! I’m a medium who has been writing about mediumship, spirits, and spirituality since 1995.
I started by learning about the religion of Spiritualism, as exemplified by Lily Dale Assembly in New York (US) and the Spiritualist National Union (UK), and then wrote my first book, Spiritualist Basics. This book and other documents I created were posted on my website called the Spiritualist Religion Page (and later renamed alseyon.com). Feedback about the site was positive, and even drew praise from some of the Spiritualist clergy.
I hosted a blog called Joe's Blog for several years, and later discovered Quora.com. Quora is a question and answer site, and I began writing there. It covers a broad range of topics, including mediumship and Spiritualism. I’ve been featured as a Top Writer on Quora.com. As my writing on the site became popular, I created a Quora space called Musings on Mediumship, which covers all the mediumship questions I’ve responded to.
Quora sends out reader’s digests on a regular basis, which are collections of answers sent to users via email. My writing has been sent to users on more than ten different occasions, and five of those were sent to distribution lists of 1,000,000 or more users. One digest was sent to 5,000,000 users.

Currently, I am finalizing a draft of another book on mediumship. I'm in the process of getting an editor and having it published. It tends to be a lengthy process, but stay tuned!
