Religious respect on the job

Here's quick and interesting read: a Spiritualist police trainer in the UK lost his job over his religion, but won a ruling on it. The article goes on to say that Spiritualism is the 8th largest religion in the UK, with 32,000 adherents (based on 2001 data).  Not bad!
