Generally speaking, mediumship is not widely studied by the scientific community. Here's a first-ever study study of it's kind about automatic writing, which is called psychography. I wonder what opening this door is going to bring, in the long run. What would you think of the idea of the idea that mediumship could be identified by some type of brain scan procedure? Or that mediumship could be "removed" by medication or otherwise, for people who don't want it or can't handle it? What if there was a treatment that brought out the mediumship in a person, effectively turning them into a medium? Would such a thing even work? And what would be the short (and long term) impact, physically, mentally emotionally, and spiritually, of such changes? Many ideas to think about. Thank goodness that they're far off in the future. At least I think they are..
