The Ghost of Patrick Swazye

In the famous and now-classic movie Ghost, Patrick Swazye plays Sam Wheat, a banker who is murdered.  His spirit stays around the Earth plane and he encounters Whoopi Goldberg, who plays Oda Mae Brown, a medium.  If you've never seen the movie, it's a must watch.  It's a perfect opportunity to curl up with your favorite somebody and watch a great story about mediumship and romance. Unfortunately, Patrick passed today due to cancer.  I hope his transition went smoothly. My view is that actors and musicians and the like don't get the chance to fully appreciate how their works motivate and captivate audiences both inside and outside the theatres and concert halls.  Over in the spirit world, I hope he learns just how much enjoyment he brought to the Earth plane through his acting while he was here.  I wish him well.  He'll be missed!
